Please avoid canceling 48hrs or after prior to appointments. Exceptions to policy will be made for births, deaths, illness, or emergencies. I understand things happen, but this is my business and if you willing cancel last minute it takes a spot someone else could've had. If you choose to cancel an appointment 48hrs before or later your scheduled appointment 50% of the total service will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the total service.
